Casting Call:
Modern Sensuality
We’re excited to share our community campaign, a bold and intelligent exploration of what female sensuality, sexuality and desire mean today.
There are two ways you can take part: a casting call, which could lead you to be a part of our next campaign… Or, simply answer a few questions from our survey, exploring how you define and experience sensuality, sexuality and desire.
Participants will receive a 20% discount and be entered into a draw to win a €500 Bluebella voucher.
Our Previous Castings
Bluebella has always amplified authentic voices and challenged the narrative around intimacy and lingerie. These are just some of the women we’ve worked with, and you could be next!
The Survey Team
We’ve partnered with leading experts in the field, including sex educator, Danielle Bezalel, Dr. Candice Nicole Hargons, Dr. Shemeka Thorpe and Kasey Vigil. Findings from the survey and community casting will live beyond the campaign itself, with all results published as Open Access, ensuring teachers, students and the wider community can engage with the findings.
This project aims to take the conversation further, reframing sensuality, sexuality and desire not as something performed or projected, but deeply personal, proudly held and bravely expressed.
“We want to open up an honest conversation that moves away from the male gaze and celebrates how women define these experiences for themselves. By making the data openly accessible, we hope to create a resource that not only empowers our community but also supports wider learning and research for years to come.”
